Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website and our products, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology.

Our target

We aim for this website and the screens of our products to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have tested

• On 13 October 2026 we checked every page of iiclabs.com, and the popup, report, sweep, history, plans and welcome screens of Accessibility Auditor, with axe-core (the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules, plus best practices). No issues were found.
• Automated checks find only part of the barriers a person can meet. We have not yet completed a full manual review with keyboard-only use and screen readers, so this website and our products may still contain barriers we don't know about.
• Linesmith Line Sheets runs inside Shopify admin and Field Defaults & Create Rules for Jira runs inside Jira; both are built with their platform's own interface components (Shopify Polaris and Atlassian UI Kit).

Known limitations

• PDF catalogs made by Linesmith Line Sheets are not tagged PDFs, so screen readers can't follow their structure. The Excel order form lists the same products, variants, SKUs and prices in a format assistive technology can read.

Report a barrier

If something on this website or in one of our products is hard or impossible to use, email support@iiclabs.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page or screen, what you tried to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We reply within two business days and treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix first.
