Refund policy

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Email support@iiclabs.com from the address you used at checkout (or tell us that address). We refund the payment in full and cancel the subscription so it doesn't renew. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Creem, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shopify, Atlassian and Apify purchases

The Shopify App Store, Atlassian Marketplace and Apify Store bill for our products directly, so refunds follow their policies and are issued by them. If you need help with one, email support@iiclabs.com and we'll point you to the right place.
