Terms of use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply to IIC Labs products and this website. IIC Labs is a sole proprietorship based in Texas, USA (support@iiclabs.com).
Buying through a marketplace
Products bought through the Apify Store, Shopify App Store or Atlassian Marketplace are also governed by that marketplace's terms, which handle billing, plan changes and refunds. Accessibility Auditor plans are sold by Creem as merchant of record, and Creem's terms apply to the payment.
Using the products
You may use the products for your own personal or business purposes within the limits of your plan. Don't resell access, try to bypass plan limits or licence checks, or use the products to break the law or anyone else's terms.
What the products can and can't do
- The Accessibility Auditor runs automated checks. Automated checks find a subset of WCAG issues; a clean report doesn't mean a site is fully accessible or legally compliant.
- The Career-Site Jobs API collects publicly available job postings. You're responsible for using the results lawfully.
- Catalogs and Jira field values are generated from your data and rules; check them before relying on them.
No warranty
The products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, IIC Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without affecting rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
